APPLICATIONS

The most important part of milk collecting center is the bulk milk chiller (BMC). When the milk is extracted it is at around 37C. At atmospheric temperature the bacterial growth of milk affect the quality. So to maintain the quality of milk it is necessary to store it at 4C. Milk coolers are design to maintain the temperature of milk at desired point for better handling and storage.

· Cover stainless steel AISI 304, with filling hole and gas spring for easy opening,

· Stainless Steel Butterfly Outlet Milk Filling Valve

· Milk Level Indicator scale

Agitation and Homogenization

· Low Speed Noiseless Gear Motor (30-35 Rpm)

· Automatic safety stops of agitator at door Opening.

· Automatic programmed Continuous agitation

· Homonization of milk fat in 2 minutes according to ISO 5708 Standard.

Cooling Equipment

· Separate hermetic type cooling unit with Emerson Copland compressor.

· R 134a/ R407 Green Refrigerant.

Electrical equipments

· Automatic box fastened on the cover opening

· The control interface (Stop, Refrigeration start, continuous agitation start)(Optional)

· The regulation and display of milk temperature,

· The management and control of cooling, agitation and alarms function
